- 1997 Setting up the company.
- 2001 First contract in energy sector, Power plant in Neurath in Germany.
- 2001 ISO 9001 certification for polyurethane insulation.
- 2005 Launching production of Termika insulation pins and clips.
- 2006 Setting up Department for air conditioning and ventilation.
- 2006 Launching production of insulation materials certified with maritime attestations.
- 2008 Our headquarters moved to ul. Narwicka 8 in Gdańsk.
- 2009 Insulation works and sheet metal works in 10+ investment implemented by LOTOS company.
- 2012 CE marking granted to Termika SD headed stud.
- 2012 ISO 9001 certificate adjusted to the current scope of the company’s activity.
- 2012 15th anniversary of TERMIKA Sp. z o.o.
- 2013 Achieving OHSAS 18001 certificate
- 2014 Opening of a legal entity Termika LTD in UK
- 2015 Further extension of the machine park for own production
- 2016 Investments in expansion of the production plant and storage area
