Termika Sp. z o. o. company combines tradition with modernity. Qualified professionals who have been working in marine industry and insulation sector, as well as innovative engineers who develop modern solutions, allow us to deliver highest quality services. Our constant developments of air conditioning and ventilation systems, as well as permanent co-operation with our regular clients and qualified suppliers have proved, that our market position is getting stronger and stronger.

Objectives

In implementing our quality policy pursued by us with the following objectives: identification of needs and customer requirements and adjusting the organization to meet these requirements, hazard identification, risk assessment and determination of required control measures, building solid relationships and partnerships with customers and suppliers, the use of the best technology solutions for ongoing services, continuous improvement of skills of workers and engaging them to act on health and safety, environmental protection, monitoring and measurement, investigation of accidents and non-compliance.

Obligations

We commit ourselves to preventing occupational injuries and diseases, continuous improvement of occupational health and safety management and performance in the area of health and safety, compliance with legal requirements and other requirements of the organization relating to health and safety hazards.

Planning and obtaining these goals must be supported by all employees working in all our departments. At the same time reliability, conscientiousness and high quality of work must be core values of all employees.

In each process we take measurements and use other specialist devices, which allow us to perform required analyses and improve Quality Management System.

We analyze and examine situation on the market, clients’ expectations, actions taken by the competitive companies, applicable provisions of law and other changes which can occur from time to time – thanks to it we are able to properly adjust quality policy.

As business organization, we do our best to conform to requirements of ISO 9001 standard and to constantly improve Quality Management System.
